CSUSM's Risk Management and Safety Services recently released a brochure summarizing the faculty responsibilities for student health and safety. Risk Management is responsible for communicating with the campus on how to effectively minimize the repercussions of liabilities involved on campus. All state employees (including staff and faculty at CSUSM) are classified as disaster service workers. Thus, the brochure clearly outlines expectations and areas of concern pertaining to safety that faculty are supposed to provide for students.
