On south Twin Oaks, officers stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. The Ford was occupied by five non-student females celebrating a birthday. Officers arrested the driver for DUI, and found a 15-year-old female that had been drinking at a local San Marcos bar.

Officers reported to local apartments to assist SD Sheriffs with a disturbance call. During the course of investigation, they found a male non-student in possession of 1.4grams of marijuana.

On Craven, an officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle for using high beams. Officers found the student to be under the age of 21 in possession of 2 cans of beer, and reported the incident to the Dean of Students.

Officers responded to Lot K for a hit and run report. The incident happened between 3:45 PM and 8:00 AM. The damage included two small scratches and paint transfer on the center rear bumper. Any info, please contact UPD.

A student parked in Lot N discovered her parking permit stolen from her unlocked vehicle.

Officers responded to a noise complaint at the UVA. Two roommate students and a visitor argued about moving furniture. There was no physical violence. Offices kept the peace while the furniture was moved.
